BUILDING MANAGEMENT
All building services, property management and leasing needs are managed by Hallmarc Asset Management.

CAFE
Brunetti Oro  café is located on the ground floor.
Trading Hours:
Sunday – Thursday 6am – 11pm
Friday – Saturday 6am – Midnight

SECURITY
Security access control system provide access to the building at all perimeter doors & garage, as well as overnight security patrol and CCTV monitoring.

AIR CONDITIONING
Each level in the building is serviced by individual VRV units, allowing each tenancy to control their own temperatures.

CLEANING
Dedicated cleaners on-site daily.

NABERS RATING
NABERS Energy Rating exempt due to refurbishment of building.

SECURE BASEMENT PARKING
Basement car parking is for the exclusive use of authorised tenants only. Access to the basement car park is via Flinders Lane.
